2020 Has A Vision! - Graduation.......Saturday, May 16, 2020!!!!
We had our first meeting of Sophomore year at LaMesa on Monday, July 10th. Thanks to all the parents who were able to attend. We had a great discussion about fundraisers and events for the upcoming year. The minutes from the meeting are attached below. Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 7th at 6 p.m. at LaMesa. Hope to see you there!

We have the bulk of our amazing committee seated, but we still need some motivated parents to step up to fill two key positions immediately this year. Critical to our success over the next three years are a Fundraising Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator. We are planning to hold one fundraiser each semester through sophomore and junior years (that will not conflict with the current running senior OpGrad class), as well as selling our own class sportswear. In order to do that successfully, we need a Fundraising Coordinator to set up the events and a Volunteer Coordinator to get the folks there! We are also looking for Activity Contact Parents to help get the word out to parents and to build our email data base (e.g. a Choir parent to be the liaison between OpGrad and the sophomore choir parents, etc.). Our first fundraiser is tentatively planned for a restaurant-night-out at Legend's. Please stay connected to Instagram and Facebook for the date!
Ms. Megan Bone & Ms. Kelsey Rook, Sophomore Class Sponsors, will be working closely with our group this year to help get the word out from us to our kids and back again about all our events! First on the agenda when the kids get back to school will be the float and booth for the Homecoming Extravaganza (and maybe a new class picture for this page!!! LOLOL!) So start talking to your kids about what they'd like to do!
Tasha Dawson is working on spiritwear to have ready to order at Back To School night on Wednesday, August 23rd. She has asked Elyse Redwine to come up with some designs for the kids to approve for this year, so stay connected!

From our first Freddy's Fundraiser back in April! We made $75!
